We have the special privilege of traveling all over Oregon with our SweetBay Food Truck or tent! We bring our sweet shave ice to many types of events, both large and small. You'll find us at public festivals, fairs, jamborees, and more, all over Eugene; but we can also be hired for private parties, office visits, birthday parties, reunions, and much more! We've been all over Lane County, bringing our sublime sweets to the masses.

How do I make a reservation?

How many flavors are offered at an event?
We serve our full menu of flavors at any event including sugar or dye-free and up to three toppings.
Are there toppings available?
Yes, we serve a variety of toppings at our special events and locations. It's always fun to mix up your favorite flavor with a little something extra. Custom toppings may be available for your special event. Custom toppings may slightly increase the cost of your event package.
Is there really a difference between shave ice and sno cones?
Absolutely! To be brief, shave ice is smooth and melts in your mouth. Sno cones are crunchy and have to be chewed. Shave ice looks and tastes much like snow.
How can I pay?
You can pay with cash, debit, credit, Venmo or Apple Pay. If you are a company or organization, please contact us about payment options. No personal checks will be accepted.

Are you insured?
Yes! We will provide a copy of the insurance policy upon request. Municipalities, schools, churches, and other venues may contact us in advance to make the proper arrangements.
