We have the special privilege of traveling all over Oregon with our SweetBay Food Truck or tent! We bring our sweet shave ice to many types of events, both large and small. You’ll find us at public festivals, fairs, jamborees, and more, all over Eugene; but we can also be hired for private parties, office visits, birthday parties, reunions, and much more! We’ve been all over Lane County, bringing our sublime sweets to the masses.

How do I make a reservation?
Start by filling out our online event request application above.
How many people can be served in an hour?
For special events and private parties, we estimate that we can serve approximately 50 – 100 guests an hour. This allows everyone to have a good time and enjoy multiple flavors. For festivals and large events, we employ more staff, which allows us to serve more customers. Each festival and large event varies.
How many flavors are offered at a birthday party?
We can serve our full menu of flavors for any birthday party. See our menu for a list. We are constantly adding and updating our flavors, not to mention our occasional specials like Sasquatch Float.
Are there toppings available?
Yes, we serve a variety of toppings at our special events and locations. It’s always fun to mix up your favorite flavor with a little something extra. Custom toppings may be available for your special event. Custom toppings may slightly increase the cost of your event package.ged full price.
Do you have a location?
For the 2021 season we are located in the parking lot of the United Wesley Methodist Church on the corner of Oakway Rd. and Cal Young.
Is there really a difference between shave ice and sno cones?
Absolutely! To be brief, shave ice is smooth and melts in your mouth. Sno cones are crunchy and have to be chewed. Shave is ice looks and tastes much like snow.
How can I pay?
You can pay your deposit using your debit or credit card. Your balance can be paid in cash, debit, or credit card. If you are a company, church, school, or other organization please contact us for information on your payment options. No personal checks will be accepted.

Sweet Bay accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express!
Are you insured?
Yes! We will provide a copy of the insurance policy upon request. Municipalities, schools, churches, and other venues may contact us in advance to make the proper arrangements.
